HumanX is a digital healthcare and wellness technology platform that facilitates daily wellness tracking, digital health record management, and connects users with independent healthcare providers.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer digital subscription plans (such as Prime and VIP) that provide access to enhanced features on the Platform. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees (e.g., monthly or annual) and any applicable taxes.

• Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on your selected billing cycle.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. Independent Healthcare Providers

Healthcare professionals operating on the Platform are independent practitioners. HumanX acts solely as a technology intermediary to facilitate digital consultations. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of the medical advice provided by these independent practitioners.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Platform. You must not upload any fabricated or deceptive health documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UAPL India Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.
